This was our first visit to Bushi Bushi Dim Sum, and it definitely won’t be our last! I ordered the General Tso’s tofu, and I can honestly say it was the best tofu I’ve ever had. It was unbelievably crispy on the outside, perfectly fresh on the inside, and the flavor was absolutely incredible. Even if you’re not usually a tofu fan, this dish might change your mind. We also tried the garlic green beans with red chilies as an appetizer. We don’t normally order green beans at restaurants, but these were so good that they’ll be a must-have every time we come back. Our waitress, Cynthia, was an absolute sweetheart—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We also had the pleasure of meeting Martin, the new manager. What impressed me most wasn’t just that he was checking on guests—he genuinely took the time to talk with us. His enthusiasm for the restaurant was contagious. He shared some of the ideas he has for making an already great place even better, including improvements behind the bar, and it’s refreshing to see someone who is so passionate about creating a great experience for customers. Such a great find! The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The food was great; highly recommend the General Tso with tofu and the steamed pork BBQ buns but the veggie dumplings, pork/shrimp shumai and pork buns were excellent as well! Portions were well sized and worth the price. Cant wait to come back

Food: Ordered quite a bit, so won't dive into each item, as they were great overall--the quality is on par with some of the dim sum I'd get in California. However, a few nit-picks. First, the wrapper of the Har Gar Shrimp fell apart easily, but that's not to take away from how good it was. And second, the Hot Oil Wonton with Duroc Pork was mostly wrapper, above anything else--could have used a bit more meat. But again, worth a try! Service: Splendid! Our server was very attentive. Ordering was a breeze, done by QR code. Food came out relatively quickly. Ambiance: Casual, modern, industrial. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

Fantastic Chinese food. Probably best canto food in Dallas. The char siu was nice and charred, the salt and pepper shrimp was packed with flavor, but the show stopper is the Peking duck. It tasted very similar to Beijing. Even though it wasn't as crispy the seasoning was on point especially all the sides created the perfect bite. Bonus if you get the duck bone soup, rich in flavor, so succulent and aromatic.

Bushi Bushi in Addison is such a gem. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. Our server, Linh Fa (the sweetest auntie with short hair!), was so attentive and genuinely helpful. She gave us great recommendations and made sure everything flowed perfectly. We ordered the roasted duck, pea sprouts, shumai, soup dumplings, spicy dumplings, pork belly, and fried rice, and honestly, every single dish was delicious. The timing of the food coming out was spot on. Nothing felt rushed, but we also never felt like we were waiting too long. Everything came out hot and fresh. The oolong tea was especially comforting and paired so well with the meal. The ambience was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. And for the quality and portion sizes, the prices felt absolutely worth it. Overall, such a great experience. Good food, great service, and a warm atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back.
